Project Knighthood to Brotherhood is a mentoring program which demonstrates its effectiveness in training Knights to become men in today's world. Knights 8-20 years of age are taught the values, habits, attitudes and skills of manhood.
Knights will be taught peer resistance and other skills to prevent dysfunctional behavior such as violence, drug addiction, and pre-martial sex.
The Brotherhood should provide Knights with problem-solving counseling and ensure that their various needs get met through community resources.
Youth Knights are helped towards career maturity and are taught to develop Business Administration skills which will allow them to be successful in the global society.
Brothers should be prepared to pour their hearts out into Knighthood.
The Councils and Lodges should work together with the Brothers sharing their wisdom and knowledge with their Knights.
Let our Knights fulfill their dreams in this mentoring program by completing their education and defeating crime and drugs in our communities.
We as "Brothers" should be there no matter what. Remember when we were young men how someone took time with us.
